Take Action

We Encouraged Voters in States That Make Voting Harder

We took action! Our League wrote 1400 postcards for the November 5 election. We worked with the non-partisan organization, Reclaim Our Vote. The organization has a 70% turnout of people contacted for the 2020 election and they follow up on the cards with calls and visits.

We mailed postcards to:

  • North Carolina
  • Georgia
  • Texas

We had 2 well-attended writing parties. Some sat down and completed their packs of 20 postcards at home.

Congratulations for making democracy work!
